 y hotel on the planet (TrustYou GmbH)  TrustYou is a company combining big 
 data, machine learning and NLP into a global business right here in Munich.
  Join this talk by CTO Steffen Wenz to learn about our architecture and spe
 cific open source technologies that you, too, can use to extract smart insi
 ghts from data. TrustYou creates automatic reputation summaries for all hot
 els in the world. We scrape reviews and other forms of feedback from the In
 ternet, and run sentiment analysis and topic detection on them to analyze w
 hat guests talk about. We then sell these summaries a) to hotels themselves
 , who use this data to improve their services, and b) hotel search engines,
  who display TrustYou data to help guests pick the right hotel. Among our c
 lients are Google (yes, you find our data embedded on Google Maps!), hotels
 .com, KAYAK, as well as more than 10,000 individual hotels. During his talk
 , Steffen will outline the TrustYou architecture, and go into examples of s
